Highlights:  

The 1990’s: Finalized Excalibur algorithm testing and technical analysis software. Converted existing CompuTrac technical analysis software to utilize Japanese Kanji characters for the Japanese market.  Adapted Japanese version of CompuTrac to new software venture, Okina Candlestick recognition.  The Okina package was highlighted at the 1993  MacWorld Tokyo Expo.  Developed text recognition software utilizing finite state based parser.  Led back office team in the management of $180 million hedge fund.  Co-wrote the John Wiley published “The Ultimate Trading Guide” with John Hill.  Developed core technology to implement expert system algorithms to specifically trade Japanese futures markets.  Traveled to Japan and worked closely with leading futures clearing merchant (FCM.)  Continued programming in FORTRAN and C.  Testified on behalf of the federal government on the authenticity of algorithmic trading.  

The 2000’s: Created the core algorithm architecture for the  MS4 hedge fund product.  Continued relationship with Japanese market to provide algorithm-based advice and educational material.  Co-wrote the John Wiley published “Building Winning Trading Systems with TradeStation.”  George’s Corner Volumes One and Two published for Japanese only market by Pan Rolling.  Considered leading expert in the use of TradeStation’s EasyLanguage.   Featured on the cover of August 2003 issue of ActiveTrader magazine.

The 2010’s:  Wrote the second edition of “Building Winning Trading Systems” for John Wiley.  Continued research and application of artificial intelligence to the U.S. futures markets.  Began using Python to develop trading/testing platforms.  Wrote “The Ultimate Algorithmic Trading System Toolbox” (John Wiley) 2016.
